This is a much sought after Japanese 1989 fabricated, 1967 style Left Hand re-issue. 

This MIJ model has upgraded electronics with a Kent Armstrong bridge pickup. It appears that the body may have been originally painted in Vintage Blue, but has subsequently been stripped back to the natural wood. The guitar is truly roadworn, but with fewer dings and scratches than one might expect in a guitar of this vintage. There are two small holes in the pickguard and one in the body where a Roland GK-2 synth pickup had been mounted. The maple fingerboard shows signs of the finish wearing of at the edges.
