ROLAND Octapad SPD-30

Here's a chance to get a Roland SPD-30 Octapad Percussion Module in good working condition.

This is a very reliable and widely used electronic percussion pad, suitable for live performance, rehearsal spaces, home studios, or hybrid drum setups. It’s known for its solid build quality and responsive pads, and it integrates well into both simple and more advanced electronic drum rigs.

The unit is fully functional with no technical issues. All pads respond properly and the screen, buttons, and inputs are working as they should. There are some normal cosmetic signs of use, but nothing that affects performance or reliability.

This unit is easily expandable, with facilities including 4 external trigger inputs (TRIGGER IN A–D), which support dual-zone pads (depending on pad type). The type of bolt-ons supported are Kick pads (like KD-8, KD-9), Snare / tom pads (like PDX series), Cymbal pads, Hi-hat controller (basic support). This is what lets you turn the SPD-30 into a mini electronic drum kit brain instead of just a standalone pad. Other connections are Stereo main output (L/Mono + R, 1/4" jack), Standard 1/4" headphone jack, MIDI IN / MIDI OUT (5-pin DIN) and USB-MIDI port for direct computer connection.
